Return Process

  Carefully pack your feathers or trim in the original protective packaging to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original tags and invoices are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to ensure they haven't been cut or dyed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
