Lightweight, semi-stiff plastic raffia fringe made of strips of plastic raffia/straw sewn on a polyester tape. Can be cut into smaller strips using regular scissors. 

NOTE: The fringe may fray when the ends are cut. Use a very sharp scissors and test a small portion first before cutting the entire material.

There is a thread attached across the bottom of each strands. It can easily be pulled to make the ends loose.

For best application, hand-sewing or use of sewing machine is recommended. It can be glued using E6000 or any glue.
